Our client wanted the latest technology available throughout his new family home with a system on top that was easy to use for his wife and 2 young children. They needed AV throughout the home including a detached Pool Pavilion. Security was also key with all major access points having fingerprint access and complete outdoor coverage with CCTV. All systems installed had to be controlled via a tablet or phone from anywhere in the world.

We supplied the Video, Audio, Security, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and data systems. Every aspect of all the systems supplied have complete control from RTI with almost all systems having complete 2 way control. This was essential with meeting the client’s needs as he wanted complete control from the tablet or phone. The automation aspect of the system includes shutting louvers from the garage to the house and also turning on the car park exhaust fan if the CO2 sensor in the garage activates, we also have a range of automatic scenes for lighting and AV when the client enters or exits the house from different access points.
